Sir Justin Ves of Verdyr, the Ariel Knight

Sir Justin Ves is Sir Corwyn Oswyr’s cousin and first love. He fought bravely at the Battle of Bonetyne in i1448 and later became the Champion of both the Tournament of Flowers and the Tournament of Stones in i1449. After having won two Great Tournaments in a row and having become famous as “the Ariel Knight”, he married the daughter of the Dain Danian Earl of Rosemont. Justin is central to Corwyn’s first adventure.

Duram Ergaine

Duram Ergaine is a royal cartographer in the service of the Dain King’s Court and one of Corwyn’s best friends. Corwyn met Duram during his travels through the Middle Kingdoms. With his quick wit and politically savvy, he is a reliable confidant to the Athairi knight. Based on his political connections, Corwyn suspects that Duram is more than just a regular cartographer.

Tibra An-Arfane

Tibra is Corwyn’s half-sister, but neither are aware of the fact. When their mother, a priestess of Yhera, was killed, Tibra was left with the priestesses of the Green Temple in Dain An-Athair. Later, an old friend of her mother’s took her as her foster child, taught her witchcraft and the ways of the Old Religion. Eventually, Tibra became the apprentice of the ancient witch Nivinué the Ancient.
